At Dulavi, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you receive a pillow with a manufacturing defect, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:


  • The issue must be related to a manufacturing fault (e.g., stitching, fabric defects, filling inconsistencies).
  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide photo or video evidence of the defect.
  • The pillow must be unused and in its original condition.



To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within the 3-day period from delivery. Once we confirm the manufacturing defect, we will process your refund promptly.


This policy applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover issues due to misuse, wear and tear, or personal preference.
